The compound GB squads have finally been annouced! The quiet part of the season is soon finally over! Squads start late December, and Im also off to Nimes in January - cant wait!

Im now shooting the Axcel AX3000 sight. Its got a Matthews Harmonic damper, has a large windage range and the feel of the movements are precision! Get one now!

First weekend of the indoor season at Hawks this weekend. Went well- qualified for the Indoor GB team and also won the head to head! Good start :-)

Awesome end to the season - Im now ranked 15th in the World!! Also 1st in the UK

Dover has been my best World Cup this year. In the head to heads I took out the World Record holder Gladys Willems (1411), and made it into the semis. I shot great shots throughout my finals but my score was not enough- finishing 4th.
The team round was also successful- we took the bronze!

Just returned from Andover. A fantastic weekend for weather (if your at the ladies end!!!). A new PB for me this weekend of 1391 - the 2nd highest ever FITA shot by a women in the UK (Katie Moir holds the record of 1397). I also took the national record of 70m - 348. A great weekend!

A fantastic weekend for shooting! Good weather at Lilleshall- amazing! I finished 3rd on the 720, narrowly missing 2nd by 2 points. It was quite impressive to have 28 women comps- more than the recurves I believe! I got to the semi's where myself and Emma Parker tied. It went to a 3 arrow shoot off which I won, taking me to the final against Lucy Holderness - who I beat by 6 points! The FITA also went well, and I won it with 1362. Thats GB qualifiers sorted and it also made me UK Masters Champion! A very good weekend!

Hey, the 3rd stage of the World Cup was in Turkey. Much better weather this time- too hot! I qualified 16th. This gave me a bye for the 1st round. I was then against the dutch, and we tied on score. It went to a 3 arrow shoot off which I narrowly missed out on, finishing 20th

The 2nd stage of the World Cups was in Italy. The weather for us and the Rec men was awesome, but after this we ended up standing in a lake! A new PB on the FITA, and quite pleased with qualifying 17th. Finished 23rd in the end.
