CLICKERS ARCHERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Making a purchase on our website: -

Simply browse our catalogue and click on any item you wish to purchase and put them in the shopping trolley, when you have finished shopping click on "Proceed to the CHECKOUT" and follow instruction given on screen.

Please note Terms and Conditions: -

  1. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
  2. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped.
  3. TAX: All prices shown include V.A.T. and are subject to change.
  4. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you giving an approximate delivery date then await your instructions.
  5. We aim to ship your order within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Shipping and Handling: -

Generally most orders are shipped First Class or Special Delivery. Large or heavy packages weighing over 1.5Kgs will be shipped by either UPS or Tuffnells. With UPS and Tuffnells, the parcel needs to be signed for on delivery. We therefore suggest if you know you are going to be out, to arrange for the delivery to go to a business or work address, where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. We do not charge for redelivery, but it may mean that redelivery does not take place for 3 or 4 days.

When signing for deliveries, please thoroughly check the parcel before signing to say it is in good condition. Once a parcel has been signed for as in good condition, we cannot then make a claim on your behalf if there is a problem. If the carrier has an electronic tracking terminal, add the word 'damaged' or 'unseen' after your signature. If it is a paper form and there is no box to indicate a problem, do the same.

NOTE: If ordering more than one item you will only incur the shipping cost of the highest banded product.

All carriage costs are based on delivery to Mainland UK. Delivery to offshore addresses may incur an additional cost, of which you will be notified before the order is processed.

Credit Card Security: -

All credit card payments are taken and processed through Sagepay, our secure third party payment gateway.

Warranty: -

The warranty period between Clickers and the customer is strictly 12 month's from invoice purchase date, regardless of any warranty replacements.

Privacy Policy: -

Clickers do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, to allow shopping cart to function. Data collected on this site is used to: -

  • Take and fulfil customer orders
  • Administer and improve the site and services
  • Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy: -

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for goods that have been opened, used, installed, packaging defaced or are in a non re-sellable condition (as new).

To cancel this contract, you must contact us for a "Return Authorisation Code". Once you have this authorisation please package the item/s securely and send the package to us with the authorisation e-mail so that we receive it within 7 working days of the delivery date. Our return address is: -

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded or insured delivery service, Clickers is not liable for any loss or damage whilst in return transit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty on arrival.

If a product becomes faulty

All products are carefully selected to be of the best quality, in the unlikely event of a product proving to be faulty, please in the first instance contact us by email or phone to report the problem. We will then either ask you to return the faulty product to us (for which we will reimburse the cost) or arrange for collection of the item. We will then either repair or replace with the same or similar product after consultation with you.
