Collection

We are based in Norwich and have two locations that you can choose to collect your order from (Our shop or warehouse), once you have placed your order we will begin processing it, once all the items have been picked and the order has been processed we will take your order to the requested collection location and then email you to confirm it's ready to be collected.

Please keep in mind Clickers' normal operating days/hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10 am - 6 pm so no orders are processed on Sundays or Mondays. If you place an order during our operating days/hours then depending on the time of day your order is placed and the volume of orders we have your order might not get processed until the next day, once it has been processed we will contact you via email to confirm your order is ready to be collected.

Our shop is situated just outside Norwich City center, close to the railway station and park and ride bus routes. The best way to reach us is to use the A47 Southern Bypass and then take the A1042 route into Norwich. 

Most Sat Navs will direct you via a different route to the above. We are only a 20-25 minute walk from the railway station and a 30-35 minute walk from the city center.

From the railway station, follow Riverside Road (to your right when leaving the Station) to the roundabout, then take a right up Kett's Hill. Follow the road as it becomes Plumstead Road and until you reach Hilary Avenue on the left, just beyond the public library. Turn left and follow Hilary Avenue and subsequently Borrowdale Drive until you reach a row of shops set back above road level on your right. Clickers is on the end and well signposted when you get to it. Norwich has several Park and Ride sites, which can make life easier when visiting the City center and/or our shop. There is a car park at the front of our shop.

Delivery

Shipping Bands

The shipping costs shown on our website are estimates for delivery to the Mainland UK and are generally enough to cover the cost of carriage when ordering different products together our website uses the highest shipping band.

For non-Mainland UK deliveries or orders where the quantity/variety of products combined make a parcel exceeding our couriers' weight/size limits, the cost of carriage may exceed the estimated amount. In these situations, we will contact you with the exact carriage cost to ensure you are happy to proceed with the order.

For our online orders, we by default use Royal Mail for most small to medium Parcels (Shipping Band A-C) and for larger / higher value orders we ship via a courier. Our current courier for UK deliveries is DX, for international orders parcels are usually sent via UPS. Pallets to the mainland UK are sent via DX Freight. If you ever require an update on your order, help with the delivery/tracking info etc then you can email us at sales@clickersarchery.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Please keep in mind that whilst most of our delivery services to the mainland UK are next-day services there can be delays with all couriers. At clickers we have 20+ years experience of shipping parcels worldwide and have used dozens of various couriers over the years, we have learnt that regardless of which courier you use there are always going to a portion of deliveries which experience issues/delays and this can even vary county by county. We are constantly reveiwing our courier partner choices to offer the best possible service for our customers. When issues arrise our staff will always do their best to assist, all we ask from you is that you are polite and friendly with our staff whilst they attempt to resolve issues on your behalf, whilst we understand delays can be fustrating they are often out of our controll and we often have limited capacity to help speed up a delayed parcel but will always do our best for you.
